PCE mother liquor

Two liquors. Bought separately. Blended by you.

Polycarboxylate ether polymer solution at about 50% solids, as a water-reducing grade and a slump-retention grade, so the blend ratio stays your product.

The grades

Why we sell WR and SR liquors separately

Grade WR

Water-reducing PCE

High early dispersion for low water-cement ratios and high early strength. The workhorse of an RMC superplasticiser.

  • Strong, fast adsorption on cement
  • Highest water reduction in the range
  • Basis of the finished admixture
Grade SR

Slump-retention PCE

Releases dispersion over time to hold workability through transit and placing, which matters at 30–40°C ambient.

  • Lower initial water reduction, by design
  • Blended with WR to set the retention curve
  • Retention measured in the blend, not alone
Why separate? The WR:SR ratio is the product. Pre-blended hybrids hand that decision, and your margin, to the supplier. We supply the two liquors and the data; you own the blend.

What we buy to, and what we ask you to hold us to

These are our supply targets. The certificate of analysis for the batch you receive is the governing document.
